RETURN POLICY

At Luxe Liner, we stand by the quality of our luxury travel essentials. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy.

RETURN PERIOD

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return request.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unworn, untested, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached. If the tags are removed or the item has been tried on, we cannot accept the return due to hygiene reasons.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@luxeliner.com with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product in its original condition (including tags)

Step 2: Return Approval

We will review your request and confirm if your return is eligible.

Step 3: Shipping Instructions

If approved, we will send you detailed instructions on where and how to return the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Step 4: Refund Processing

Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund within 5 business days via the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is completed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

  • Any item that has been worn, tried on, or has missing tags will not be accepted.

  • Returns due to size issues are not considered quality defects. Please check our size chart before purchasing.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?

  • If you paid via credit/debit card, the refund will be processed within 5 business days. Contact your bank for details on when the amount will reflect in your account.

  • If you paid via PayPal, refunds will be credited within 5 business days.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Do NOT send returns to the sender address on the package. This is not our return address and may delay processing.

  • Returns must be requested first. Unapproved returns will not be processed.

  • Luxe Liner is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or failed delivery attempts due to customer negligence.
